• Due to volume of emails, I an not always able to reply, but I do my best to read everything

• I do not take on unpaid speaking or writing opportunities

• I get asked to go on a lot of podcasts, so unfortunately almost always decline these invitations. To help manage my time alongside other commitments, I now only commit to established podcasts with large audiences

• I do not offer unpaid work experience in my research group. I occasionally host paid internships, and will advertise these on my Instagram
